Salesforce Field Service Architect & Tech Lead
Lead the Salesforce platform behind KEYTO Group's field operations. Drive architecture, lead the team, and build scalable solutions that support growth across multiple offices.
About KEYTO Group
KEYTO Group is building the leading technology-enabled platform for home services. Through our brands, we combine operational excellence with technology to create a seamless experience for customers and employees alike.
As we continue to grow, Salesforce plays a central role in supporting our field service operations. We're now looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead & Field Service Architect to help shape the future of one of our most business-critical platforms.
About the role
As Salesforce Tech Lead & Field Service Architect, you will play a key role within Group IT, helping shape the future Salesforce landscape across KEYTO Group.
While the role works closely with Servly's field operations, the mission extends beyond a single business unit. You'll be responsible for designing and evolving a scalable Salesforce Field Service platform capable of supporting multiple offices, teams, and future growth across the Group.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development. You'll own the technical direction of the platform, lead the development team, and ensure Salesforce continues to evolve in line with business needs.
A key part of the role is creating a Field Service architecture that balances standardisation with flexibility, allowing local variations to be managed through configuration rather than custom solutions.
What you'll do
Own the Salesforce platform
• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Salesforce
• Ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs
• Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce and Field Service capabilities
• Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices
Lead Salesforce Field Service architecture
• Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Design solutions covering work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, territories, and skills
• Build a configurable and scalable platform that works across multiple offices and business units
• Create reusable design patterns that simplify onboarding of new offices and future growth
Drive development and delivery
• Lead technical implementation projects from design through deployment
• Remain hands-on with Salesforce development and configuration
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management
• Ensure high quality, performance, and maintainability across all deliveries
Lead and develop the team
• Coach and mentor developers, administrators, and consultants
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence
• Support the team's growth through feedback and professional development
Partner with the business
• Work closely with stakeholders across KEYTO Group to understand business needs
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM and field service processes
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that maximise platform value across the organisation
What we're looking for
Required
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, resource management, and mobile workforce solutions
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Architect, or Manager
• Strong communication skills in English
Meriting
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect certifications
• Experience building shared platforms across multiple offices, brands, or business units
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Swedish language skills
Who you are
• A strong technical leader who enjoys taking ownership
• Strategic in your thinking but comfortable staying hands-on
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Skilled at balancing standardisation with operational flexibility
• Passionate about building scalable platforms and helping teams succeed
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to influence both technology strategy and business outcomes across KEYTO Group.
You'll take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce platform, lead a skilled team, and play a central role in creating a Field Service solution that supports growth, operational excellence, and continued innovation across the organisation.
If you're excited by the combination of architecture, leadership, hands-on development, and real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
